    • ਦਸਵੀਂ (Matriculation) ਜਾਂ ਇਸਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਪਾਸ।

    • ਲਾਈਨਮੈਨ ਟ੍ਰੇਡ (Lineman Trade) ਵਿੱਚ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਂਟਿਸਸ਼ਿਪ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ (NAC) ਹੋਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।

    • ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਦਸਵੀਂ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਵੇ।
