1. DGM (IT) Recruitment 2026
Location: Chandigarh
Eligibility:
- Experienced retired Defence Services officer of the rank of Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel, Major or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of computers as OIC/Administrator.
- Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen.
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or Software Engineering.

Job Responsibilities
The DGM (IT) will act as the Chief Technology Officer of PESCO and will be responsible for:
- Digital transformation from manual operations to an automated, paperless ERP-based system.
- Managing the existing software and legacy database.
- Cybersecurity and network management.
- ERP implementation and monitoring.
- Coordination with software development agencies.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director and General Manager (Admin).
Technical Skills Required

Location: Muktsar, Ferozepur, Fazilka and Faridkot districts.
Eligibility:
- Only Ex-Servicemen.
- Retired Defence Services officer of the rank of Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel or Major.
- The candidate should have commanded a unit/sub-unit or equivalent level.
- Candidate must be medically fit.
