ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਫ਼ਲਾਈਨ (Offline) ਹੈ। ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਟੈਪਸ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰੋ:
