  2. ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ: ਇਹ ਫਾਰਮ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ www.hmv.ac.in ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

  3. ਫੀਸ ਅਤੇ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ: ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੋਂ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ ਕੀਤੇ ਫਾਰਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ 300/- ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਡਿਮਾਂਡ ਡਰਾਫਟ (Demand Draft), ਜੋ ਕਿ Principal, Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar ਦੇ ਪੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇ, ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।
