  1. ਆਈ.ਐਮ.ਸੀ. ਕੋਲ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਅਗੋਤਾ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਦਿੱਤਿਆਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਕਰਨ (ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਤਨਖਾਹ, ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ, ਤਰੀਕ ਬਦਲਣੀ ਜਾਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨਾ) ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਰਾਖਵਾਂ ਹੈ।

  2. ਸਿਲੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
