Eligibility Criteria & Experience

Candidates must fulfill any one of the following qualification streams:

1. For Freshers / Direct Applicants:

   • Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a Government-recognized institute.

   • Minimum Marks: At least 50% marks in the degree/diploma.

   • Computer Proficiency: Must possess computer skills, specifically with MS Word, Excel, and Data Base Functions.

2. For Retired Personnel:

   • Profile: Retired Junior Engineer (JE) or Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) of Government / Semi-Government departments with experience in Civil Works.

   • Age Limit: Not older than 62 years of age.

Mandatory Prerequisites:

• Language Check: Punjabi as a subject must be passed in the 10th Class (Matriculation).

• Residency: Must hold a valid Domicile of Punjab.

• Note: Preference will be given to residents of their respective districts for positions within that district.

Salary & Allowances

• Consolidated Fixed Salary: ₹17,500/- per month

• Traveling Allowance (TA): ₹2,500/- per month

• Mobile Allowance: ₹250/- per month

• Total Monthly Emoluments: ₹20,250/- per month

ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਯੋਗ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ:

1. ਸਿੱਧੀ ਭਰਤੀ/ਨਵੇਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ:

   • ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਯੋਗਤਾ: ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਤੋਂ ਸਿਵਲ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ (Civil Engineering) ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਡਿਪਲੋਮਾ।

   • ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਅੰਕ: ਡਿਗਰੀ/ਡਿਪਲੋਮੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 50% ਅੰਕ ਹੋਣੇ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹਨ।

   • ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਗਿਆਨ: ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਸਕਿੱਲਜ਼ (MS Word, Excel, Data Base Function) ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਹਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

2. ਰਿਟਾਇਰਡ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ:

   • ਯੋਗਤਾ: ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਅਰਧ-ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਡ JE (ਜੂਨੀਅਰ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ) ਜਾਂ SDO (ਸਿਵਲ ਵਰਕਸ)।

   • ਉਮਰ ਸੀਮਾ: ਉਮਰ 62 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ।

ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ:

• ਭਾਸ਼ਾ: 10ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।

• ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼: ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਪੱਕਾ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ (Domicile of Punjab) ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
