Duration : 1 Year (extendable)
Minimum Qualification:
- Graduation/Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Social Science, or other related fields.
- Candidates with prior experience in Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Solid Waste Management, or government-backed projects will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong motivation are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsiblities:
- Supervision of field teams and coordination with Project Managers.
- Monitoring door-to-door waste collection, segregation compliance, and field-level operations.
- Preparing and submitting daily and weekly performance reports.
- Liaising with local authorities, vendors, and sanitation staff.
- Assisting in grievance redressal and public feedback tracking.
- Organizing trainings for sanitation workers and other field staff.
Project Zone Coverage:
One Assistant Project Manager will be deployed per approx. 1–2 wards or 2,000 -3,000 households to ensure localized supervision and optimized field engagement.
