## Important Information for Applicants

1. Application Form: Candidates must apply on the prescribed proforma/biodata. The form must be completely filled out in CAPITAL LETTERS.

2. Documents Required: Attach self-attested copies of testimonials (proof of qualification, date of birth, category certificates) along with two passport-size photographs (one must be pasted on the top right side of the application).

3. Important Instructions:

L.T.V. (ਲਾਈਟ ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਵਹੀਕਲ) ਦਾ ਵੈਧ ਡਰਾਈਵਿੰਗ ਲਾਇਸੰਸ ਹੋਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ। 3. ਕਾਰ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 2 ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਤਜਰਬਾ ਹੋਵੇ। 4. ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਡੀ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ/ਕੇਸ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ।	18 ਤੋਂ 37 ਸਾਲ (ਜਨਰਲ ਕੈਟੇਗਰੀ ਲਈ)

   • ਟੈਸਟ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਇੱਕ ਫ਼ੋਟੋ ਆਈਡੀ ਪਰੂਫ਼ (ID Proof) ਅਤੇ ਅਸਲ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ (Original Documents) ਨਾਲ ਲਿਆਉਣੇ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹਨ।
