Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- Graduation from a recognized University.
- Preference will be given to candidates having Social Science, Sociology, Psychology, Clinical Psychiatry, or Law as one of the subjects.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in social work, family welfare, women & child welfare, research, teaching, or related field in Government Departments, Colleges, Universities, or similar institutions.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 35 Years
- Age should be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
Honorarium
Selected counsellors will receive honorarium/per-sitting fee as prescribed under the Punjab Family Courts Rules or as notified by the Punjab Government from time to time.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
- Interview / Interaction
- Assessment of knowledge, experience, and expertise in the relevant field
- Shortlisting may be done before the interview if required.
