The Eligibility, Educational &. Professional Qualification and experience prescribed for the above post are as under:
Name of Posts: Master Motivator
No of Villages to be Assigned: 15-20
Tentative Average Incentive per Village: Rs. 6000/- to 7200 Per Village + Travelling allowances for Six Months.
Qualification: Graduate ( Post Graduate to be preferred)
Name of Posts : Motivator
No of Villages to be Assigned: 04-06
Tentative Average Incentive per Village: Rs. 8000/- to 15000 Per Village + Travelling allowances for Six Months.
Qualification: 10+2 ( Graduates to be preferred)
Criteria for Engagement of Master Motivators and Motivators
- Age: 18 Years or Above with good oratory skills and knowledge of Computer, ability to read and write in English and Punjabi.
- Master Motivator/ Motivator must have own conveyance, android phone with Internet Connection.
Walk in Interview Schedule: Interested and Eligible candidates who fulfill the above eligibility conditions may attend the Walk in Interview on 04.05.2017. at 10.00 A.M. in Sharp, in the office of the Department of Water Supply & Sanitation, Division No. 1, Ferozepur, Water Works Complex, near Zira Gate, along with Bio-Data, Passport Size Photograph, and Original Documents as well as photo copies of Certificates and android Phone.
