Name of Post: General Manager (HR & Administration)
Desired Educational Qualification: Master of Labor & social Welfare/ MBA (HR)/ PG diploma (HR & IR) from a reputed Institution with sound working knowledge of labor laws, best HR practices and experience of working in SAP environment with sound knowledge of SAP (HR& payroll module).
Experience: about 20 Years out of which at least 05 Years as HR head of large spinning plant/ Manufacturing plant in a labor intensive industry.
The Candidate will be responsible for HR Policy formulation & Implementation, Manpower planning & budgeting, talent acquisition & retention, training & development, performance management system,industrial relations, grievance handling, employee welfare, & other compliance and general factory administration.
Place of Posting: Garment division, Ludhiana.
Name of Post: Chartered Accountant
Desired Education Qualification: CA qualified from ICAI.
Experience: Minimum 05 Years experience as Finance Head of a Garment factory/ textile Mill/ any other manufacturing company.
The Candidate will be responsible for entire gamut of finance functions of the company including accounts, preparation of balance sheet, P&L statement, all other statutory reporting & Compliance, audit, taxation, dealing with banks and casting etc.
