Name of Post: Cluster Coordinator
No of Posts: 07
Salary: Rs. 18000/- Per Month
Qualification: Minimum Graduation / Post Graduate Degree or Diploma preferably Diploma in Rural Development/ Management/ Agri Business Management/ Social Science. 10+2 from within community.
Experience: 1-2 Years of Experience in working with poor in the area of social mobilization. Institutional building and capacity building will be preferred. A Local candidate will be preferred.
Name of Post: District Program Manager
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 45000/- Per Month
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma or Post Graduation in Rural Development / Management/ Business Administration / Agri Business Management/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Agriculture & Allied Disciplines like Horticulture , Floriculture Etc.
Experience: He/ She should have at least 05 Years Post Qualification experience in the implementation of rural development programmes, experience of successfully leading large team and multidisciplinary team as well as executing livelihoods, SHG’s and rural Development programmes with demonstration.
Name of Post: Block Program Manager
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 25000/- Per Month
Qualification: Minimum Graduate: Preferably Post Graduate Degree or Diploma or Post Graduation in Rural Development/ Management/ Business Administrator/ Agri Business Management/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied Disciplines like Horticulture. Floriculture, etc.
Experience: He/ She should have at least 02 Years for Post Graduate and Minimum 03 Years for Graduate Post Graduate and minimum 03 years of Graduate Post Qualification of relevant work experience of working with community institution, their federations and producer groups on livelihood issues (rural development)
Name of Post: Block Program Manager- Livelihoods

Salary: Rs. 25000/- Per Month
Qualification: Post Graduation in Rural Development/ Management/ Business Administrator/ Agri Business Management/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied Disciplines like horticulture , floriculture, etc.
Experience: He/ She should have at least 02 Years post Qualification of relevant work experience of working with community institution, their federations and producer groups on livelihoods issues.
Name of Post: Accountant
No of Posts:01
Salary: Rs. 20000/- Per Month
Qualification: Post Graduation in Commerce or other related field. having 03 Years of experience in accounts finance or auditing in well known Govt. or Public Sector organization. proficiency in data entry, computer MS Office, work and or knowledge of tally, accounting, and other accounting software.
Name of Post: District MIS
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs 20000/- Per Month
Qualification: Minimum Graduate, proficiency in data entry, computer MS Office work/ or knowledge of tally, accounting and other accounting, software, preferably BCA/ MCA BE/ Commerce Graduate or Post Graduate with PGDCA. High level computer operation skills is essential with minimum 30 WPM typing speed in English and Punjabi Language. Commerce Graduate of simple graduation and Post Graduation may given preference for selection.
Experience: Having 03 Years working experience in rolling out MIS and data uploading for development projects. candidates with prior experience of working with Govt. Projects will be given more weight age. proficiency in data entry, Computer MS Office work,
