The Eligibility, Educational &. Professional Qualification and experience prescribed for the above post are as under:
1. General Manager (Human Resources) 01
Age Limit: 62 Years.
Salary: Rs. 90000/- Per Month.
Qualification/ Experience: First class B.E./ B.Tech (Civil/ Environmental/Mechanical Engineering) with 60% marks. or above & with first class MBA (Specialization in Human Resources).
2. Secretary: 01 (on regular basis)
Age Limit: 45 Years.
Salary: Rs. 15600-39100 (PB4)+ 7600
Qualification/ Experience: First Class Bachelor degree with 60% Marks or above and holding associate membership of institute of Company Secretaries of India with 3 Years post membership experience in the line, handling work, of similar nature in public sector.
3. Chief Engineer -01 (Contract basis)
Age Limit: 64 Years.
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering) from a recognized university or institution.
4. Superintending Engineer -01 (On Contract basis)
Age Limit: 64 Years
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering) from a recognized university or institution. and having experience of carrying out major projects of Water Supply and Sewerage as superintending engineer in central/ state govt. or in a public sector undertaking.
