Punjab Water Supply & Sewerage Board, (PWSSB) Chandigarh invites applications from the eligible candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions for fill up the posts of General Manager (Human Resources), Secretary, Superintending Engineer, Senior Accounts Officer, on contract basis, other details of these posts like age limit, qualification, experience, how to apply, etc. are given below:

The Eligibility, Educational &. Professional Qualification and experience prescribed for the above post are as under:
1. General Manager (Human Resources) -01
Maximum Age : 64 Years.
Salary: Rs. 1,25,000/-
Qualification: First class BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc.(Civil/ Environmental / Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent with 60% marks or above & with first class MBA (specialization in Human Resources) or equivalent & Should have post qualification work experience of at least 5 years in Civil/ Environmental/ Mechanical Engineering Projects/General Administration Or Master degree in Social Sciences namely Sociology or Psychology or Social work with minimum 15 years experience in Social work with NGO / Govt. Projects/World Bank Projects/UNDP projects / externally aided projects and have sufficient knowledge in capacity building and planning and also have experience of monitoring and evaluation of projects.
2. Secretary -01
Maximum Age : 64 Years.
Salary: 50% of last drawn salary (Basic Pay + Grade Pay + D.A.) + HRA* at the time of retirement.
Qualification: Any retired officer having graduation degree and retired from a post of deputy secretary to Punjab Govt. or higher level post in administration in Punjab Govt. or equivalent post in Govt./ semi Govt. departments.
3. Superintending Engineer -03
Maximum Age : 64 Years.
Salary: 50% of last drawn salary (Basic Pay + Grade Pay + D.A.) + HRA* at the time of retirement.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech./ B.Sc (Civil/ Environmental/ Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent from a recognized University or Institution and having experience of carrying out major Projects of Water Supply & Sewerage as regular Superintending Engineer in Central/ any State Govt. or in a Public Sector Undertaking.
4. Senior Accounts Officer -01
Maximum Age : 64 Years.
Salary: 50% of last drawn salary (Basic Pay + Grade Pay + D.A.) + HRA* at the time of retirement.
Qualification: Chartered Accountant having an experience in commercial organization of repute, corporation , Board or Govt. for 3 years Or should have passed atleast intermediate examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and should have a minimum of 11 years Chartered Accountant having an experience in commercial organization of repute, corporation , Board or Govt. for 3 years Or should have passed atleast intermediate examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and should have a minimum of 11 years.
