Age Limit: 18 Years to 37 Years.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
2. Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hand on experience in the use of personal computer or information technology in office productivity applications or Desktop publishing applications from a Government recognized institution or a reputed institution which is ISO 9001 certified.
Or
Possesses a Computer information technology course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of Department of Electronics, Accreditation of Computer courses (DOEACC) of Govt. of India.
3. Matric level certificate of Punjabi language from Punjab School Education Board or any other recognized Board (as first and second language).
Note:
The written test of 80 marks will be conducted on OMR sheet. The written test will comprise of multiple choice type questions of Punjabi, English, Arithmetic of matric standard and General Knowledge each consisting of 20 marks.
The candidates, on the basis of merit in the written test (which will be 10 times of the posts to be filled) shall be called for test of computer basics of 20 marks. The candidates must obtain 50% marks in the test of computer basics.
The merit list of candidates to be selected for appointment shall be prepared on the basis of combined marks obtained by them in the written as well as computer test.
How to Apply:
Interested and Eligible candidates who fulfill the above eligibility conditions may submit their applications on the plain paper, complete in all respects, along with attested copies of testimonials and a bank draft for Rs. 50/- drawn in favour of the Comptroller, PAU payable at Ludhiana to this office on or before 31.01.2019. Applications received without the prescribed bank draft/ after the due date shall not be considered. They should appear before the selection committee for the verification of documents on 8.02.2019 at 11.00 AM in the office of the Director of Research, PAU, Ludhiana. The original copies of the testimonials should also be brought at the time of verification of documents. No TA/DA will be given. The services of the incumbent are liable to be terminated at any time without any notice.
