Qualification:
- Matriculate with Two Years National Trade Certificate in Draftsman (Civil) from Industrial Training Institute as prescribed by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt of India of Govt. of Punjab. OR
- Three Year Diploma in Civil Engineering or Degree in Civil Engineering or its higher qualification in the same line from a University or Institution recognized by UGC or AICTE or MHRD.
