Salary
The Staff Consultant will be paid fixed monthly emoluments depending upon qualifications and experience as decided by the Commission.
Minimum Educational Qualification
Degree in law from a recognized University
Experience
Minimum 7-10 years experience of working on Judicial/Quasi-Judicial matters preferably relating to Electricity laws/Regulations, Contract laws/Company affairs including proceedings, petitions, pleadings, listing of the case laws, drafting statutes/or legislation.
The term of engagement will be for one year which will be extendable as per work requirement of the Commission, however initial period of 6 months will be on probation during which the services can be terminated at any time without serving any notice.
