The Eligibility, Educational &. Professional Qualification and experience prescribed for the above post are as under:
Name of Post: Medical Lab Technician- Blood Centres
No of Posts: 14
Salary: Rs.13,000/- Per Month.
Maximum age limit: The maximum age limit to apply is 60 years
Essential Qualification & experience:
1. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or Transfusion Medicine or Blood Bank Technology after 10+2 with one year experience in the testing of blood and/or its components in licensed blood center; OR
2. Degree in Medical Laboratory (MLT) or Blood Bank Technology with six month’s experience in the testing of blood and/or its components in licensed blood center; OR
3. B.Sc. in Hematology and Transfusion Medicine with six month’s experience in the testing of blood and/or its components in licensed blood center; OR
4. M.Sc. in Transfusion Medicine with six month’s experience in the testing of blood and/or its components in licensed blood center ; OR
5. Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (PGDMLT) / Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science (PGDMLS) with six month‘s experience in the testing of blood and/or its components in licensed Blood Centre.
NOTE: Degree/Diploma should be from a University/Institution recognized by the central Govt. or State Govt. as well as All India Council for Technical Education, Govt. of India, New Delhi. The Course should have been completed as regular course as bonafide student and not by distance or correspondence mode
