RECRUITMENT TO 545 INSPECTOR AUDIT IN THE DEPARTMENT COOPERATION, PUNJAB.
It is for the information of the candidates that competitive examination for the ibid posts was held on 09/07/2017
Scrutiny of application forms of the candidates who had appeared in the competitive examination has been carried out. Deficiencies in the application forms of some candidates have been found as per the list annexed at Annexure A. These candidates are directed to submit the scanned copy of the self attested documents/certificates pointed out in the annexed list by 22/09/2017 by email only failing which their candidature for the ibid post will be rejected and their result will not be declared. The email address for submitting the documents/certificates is supdt.scrutiny@ppsc.gov.in . The size of the individual certificate image placed in the attachment file should not be more than 200 kb.
Some candidates had not signed their online application forms. These candidates as per list Annexure-A are directed to attend the office of Punjab Public Service Commission in person for signing the application form by 22/09/2017.
The candidature of the candidates as per the list annexed as Annexure B has been rejected due to reasons mentioned against their names. Candidates who have been found ineligible are informed that if they want to submit any objection regarding their rejection they can do so with relevant sporting documents by 22/09/2017.
It is also informed that no representation shall be considered received after 22/09/2017 and the result of these posts will be finalized.
