Name of Posts: Urban Infrastructure Specialist
No of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 45 Years as on 31.05.2017.
Salary: Rs. 55,000/- Per Month
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
- Have a broad range of experience in Urban Infrastructure and a strong background in Public Health
Engineering, especially in Water Supply and Sanitation; - Have at least 3-5 years of experience in designing and managing municipal infrastructure projects.
- Be very familiar with the laws and procedures of the Indian municipal environment.
- Basic knowledge of Computers
Name of Posts: Public Private Partnership (PPP) Specialist
No of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 45 Years as on 31.05.2017
Salary: Rs. 55000/- Per Month
Educational Qualification:
- Master Degree in Economics, Business and/or other related fields.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in developing and managing projects on PPP mode.
- Familiarity with the PPP methodology and framework.
- Demonstrate familiarity with the formulation, appraisal and approval procedures for PPP projects (including relevant concession agreements, due diligence processes, value for money audits, public sector comparator, etc.)

Salary: Rs. 55000/- Per Month
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Have a broad range of experience in Urban Infrastructure and a strong background in Public Health Engineering, especially in Water Supply and Sanitation;
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in designing and managing municipal infrastructure projects.
Name of Posts: Municipal Finance Specialist
No of Posts: 02
Age Limit: 45 Years as on 31.05.2017.
Salary: Rs. 55000/- Per Month
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree in Finance from recognized university with 3-5 years of experience.
- Skills to evaluate urban infrastructure investment, and helping city governments to use a range of options for financing projects.
- Experience to advise and train staff in municipal finance, project finance and resource mobilization, public private partnerships etc.
- Basic knowledge of Computers
Name of Posts: Solid Waste Management Specialist
No of Posts: 02
Age Limit: 45 Years as on 31.05.2017.
Salary: Rs. 55000/- Per Month
Educational Qualification:
- Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Science with Solid Waste Management. Preference will be given who have the experience in Municipal Solid Waste Management.
- Ability to assist ULBs to set standards and procedures for ensuring quality and monitoring compliance on SWM.
- Familiarity with legislative framework of Indian Municipal environment.
