Qualification:
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from Govt. recognized Institute, Proficiency in Computer skills desirable, (MS Word, Excel, Data base Functions) or Retired JE, SDO, of Govt. / Semi Govt. Deptt. (Civil Work).
Selection Criteria:
Academic Background:
10th : Maximum Marks 10
12th : Maximum Marks 10
Diploma in Civil Engineering: Maximum Marks 10
Degree in Civil Engineering: Maximum Marks 10
Past Experience and Achievements : Maximum Marks 10
06 marks for minimum eligible of total work experience, minimum experience 02 Years for this Post,
01 Marks additional for each additional year of experience subject to maximum 10 Marks.
Written Test: Maximum Marks 40
A Written Test will be held for the candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria, written test will be based on the job Responsibilities performed by the candidate in the future.
Personal Interview: Maximum Marks 10
10 Marks for Personal Interview
The Selection Criteria for the vacant position of Technical Assistant for Mahatma Gandhi NREGA is as given in the table as above. The Applicant will have to apply as per proforma annexed herewith. The Applicant will be screened as per the column 1 to 5 of selection criteria and maximum 3 Candidates per position shall be shortlisted on merit bases and invited for written test. A merit shall be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the screening + written examination and maximum 2 candidates per post will be invited for Interview. The Selection will be based on total Score of 100.
