- Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized Institute, or equivalent qualification from a institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
- Matriculation or its equivalent from any recognized University/ Board with Hindi/ Sanskrit as Compulsory subject.
- Registered with Haryana Nursing Council, or should get registered with in 06 Months of Joining.

Qualification:
- Graduate from a recognized University.
- Degree in Library Science from a recognized Institution/ University.
- 05 Years Experience in Research or Scientific Library in a responsible capacity.
- Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric.
