District & Session Court, Rupnagar, Invites applications from the eligible candidates who fulfill the above eligibility conditions for fill up the Posts of 11 Stenographer Grade III, on adhoc basis, at the rates fixed by D.C Rupnagar from time to time. for a period of six months or till regular appointments are made by the Hob’ble High Court or till the existence of the courts concerned. whichever is earlier. other details of these posts like age limit, qualification, experience, how to apply, etc. are given below:

Salary: Fixed Monthly emoluments / Rates fixed by the Deputy Commissioner, Rupnagar from time to time.
Age Limit: The Candidate should be between 18 to 37 Years of Age as on 01.08.2019. the relaxation of age will be given to the Candidates belonging to the Reserved Category.
Qualification:
B.A or equivalent from a recognized University and has passed Matric Examination with Punjabi as one of the subject. The candidate will have to qualify the test of taking dictation in English shorthand at the speed of 80 WPM and transcribe the same on computer typing at the speed of 20 WPM having proficiency in the operations of Computer.

Interested and Eligible candidates who fulfill the above eligibility conditions may submit their applications on plain paper along with three recent passport size attested photographs with complete bio-data and attested copies of testimonials, so as to reach the office of the District & Session Judge, Rupnagar, on or before 30.08.2019.
The Test for filling up the Posts of Stenographer Grade III will be held on 04.09.2019. at 10.00 A.M. in Judicial Courts Complex, Rupnagar, No Separate letter will be issued for the same.
