District & Session Court, Ludhiana, invites applications from the eligible candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions for fill up the 11 posts of Stenographer Gr.-III on adhoc basis, for a period of six months or till regular appointment is made, whichever is earlier, , other details of these posts like age limit, qualification, experience, how to apply, etc. are given below:

The Eligibility, Educational &. Professional Qualification and experience prescribed for the above post are as under:
Name of Posts: Stenographer Gr.-III
No of Posts: 11
Salary: Rs.10710.00 P.M. (which may be increased or decreased on account of revision of wages rates fixed by the Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana.
Age Limit: The candidate should be between 18 to 37 years of age as on 01.01.2016
Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University and he will have to qualify the English Shorthand test at a speed of 80 w.p.m. and 20 w.p.m. for transcription of the same on the date of test. The candidate should also have proficiency in computers (word processing and spread sheet).
Date of Test:
i) The candidates whose names start with alphabets A to P will appear for test/interview/interaction, on 11.07.2016.
ii) The candidates whose names start with alphabets Q to Z will appear for test/interview/interaction, on 13.07.2016.
Venue of Test: (New Judicial Courts Complex, Ludhiana, backside District Administrative Complex, Ludhiana.)
How to Apply: Interested and Eligible candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions may submit their applications on prescribed application which shall be available on the websites www.ecourts.gov.in/ludhiana and www.ludhiana.gov.in (see: District and Sessions Judge in home page). Application Form shall be filed up in Capital letters only. so as to reach the office of the District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana. on or before 30.06.2016.
