The Eligibility, Educational &. Professional Qualification and experience prescribed for the above post are as under:

Age Limit: The Candidates should be between the age of 18 to 37 Years as on 01.01.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs. 10300-34800+3200 Grade Pay
Qualification: Candidates should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University and has passed matriculation examination with Punjabi one of the Subject. The candidates shall have to take written examination in the following subjects:
Subject: Max Marks. Qualifying Marks
English Composition 50 33%
General Knowledge 50 33%
No Candidates shall be considered for appointment unless he obtains 40% Marks in aggregate in the written examination and having proficiency in operation of Computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets).
How to Apply: Interested and Eligible candidates who fulfill the above eligibility conditions may submit their applications on plain paper with complete bio-data/ correspondence address with contact number, if any, along with attested testimonials and two latest passport size photographs should reach the office of the District & Session Judge, Hoshiarpur, on or before 10.11.2016.
Date of Written Examination: Date of written test for the post of Clerk on adhoc basis is 20.11.2016. The Candidates should office of the District & Session Judge, Hoshiarpur at 09.30 A.M. along with original testimonials on the date of interview. No Separate letters will be issued with regard to the written test. No TA/ DA for this purpose will be paid.
