District and Session Court, Moga invites applications from the eligible candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions for fill up the posts of Stenographer Grade III on adhoc basis, initially for a period of Six Months or till regular appointments are made by the Hon’ble High Court whichever is earlier, other details of these posts like age limit, qualification, experience, how to apply, etc. are given below:

The Eligibility, Educational &. Professional Qualification and experience prescribed for the above post are as under:
Name of Posts: Stenographer Grade III
No of Posts: 05
Age Limit: 18 Years to 37 Years as on 01.01.2017.
Salary: Fixed monthly emoluments of Rs 10958/- as per DC Rates.
Qualification: Candidates must hold a degree of B.A/ B.Sc or its equivalent from a recognized University and have passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the Subject in Matriculation and to qualify the test a speed of 80 WPM in English Shorthand and transcription of the same at speed of 20 WPM and having proficiency in the operation of computers.
Note:
- The Shorthand and Computer proficiency test for the Stenographer Grade III on adhoc basis will be held on 06.07.2017. from 11.00 P.M. onwards in the office of the District & Session Judge, Moga, No Separate letters will be issued for the same.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected summarily without any notice.
- All the candidates must bring the original documents with them, at the time of Interview as well as computer proficiency test.
- No TA/ DA will be paid to the Candidates appearing for interview as well as Computer Proficiency Test and no separate information regarding interview will be given.
How to Apply: Interested and Eligible candidates who fulfill the above eligibility conditions may submit their applications on plain paper giving complete bio data and accompanied by attested copies of testimonials i.e. proof of qualification, date of birth, category belongs to, two passport size photographs, out of which one should be pasted on the Right upper side of the application, so as to reach the office of the District & Session Judge, Moga, on or before 20.06.2017. at P.M., applications without copies of relevant testimonials and that received after 05.00. P.M. on 20.06.2017. shall not be entertained.
