Pay Scale: PB- Rs. 5910-20200+1900 GP & Rs. 10300-34800+3200 GP allow after two year of regular service.
Age Limit: 18 to 25 Years as on 01/04/2015.
Qualification:
i) Should have passed 10+2 exam. or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Edu./University.
ii) should also possess a minimum speed of typing on computer 30 words per minute in Eng. or 25 words per minute in Hindi.
iii) should have the knowledge of word processing in computer applications as prescribed by the recruiting authority.
Syllabus: Written test will cover the subject like Mental/Arithmetic Ability, Aptitude Test, Analytical Ability, General English, Computer Awareness, G.K. and Current Affairs with special features of India. Medium of Written Test will be in English.
How to Apply: The application by registered post on proforma given below on A4 size plain paper duly typed in English accompanied with attested copies of the relevant marks sheets / certificates/ Diploma etc., two photographs and two self addressed envelops of 5”x11” size affixed with Rs. 25 Postal stamp should reach in the office of the Cantonment Board Dagshai, Distt Solan (H.P.) on or before 11/04/2015 upto 5.00 PM and 27/04/2015 from candidates of remote areas as defined by the Govt. of India.
Application Fee: A demand draft worth Rs. 200/- in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Dagshai payable at Punjab National Bank Dagshai Cantt should be enclosed with the application form.
Note:
The office will not be responsible for non-receipt of application due to any transaction/delay by the postal department.
The selection for the post of clerk will be based on written test, typing test and Interview.
Only valid proof of age i.e Birth Certificate issued by competent authority will be accepted. Affidavit regarding age from Court(s) will not be accepted.
The photograph/certificate should be attested by a Gazetted Officer only.
No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in written test/interview.
