Name of Post: Cluster Coordinator

No of Posts: 08
Salary: Rs. 18000/- Per Month
Qualification: Minimum Graduate / Post Graduate Degree or Diploma, preferable Diploma in Rural Development / Management/ Agri Business Management / Social Science, 10+2 from within community,

Experience: 1-2 Years of Experience in working with poor in the area of Social mobilization, institutional building and capacity building will be preferred. A local Candidate will be preferred. Basic Computer Knowledge is required.

Name of Post: Block Programme Manager (Livelihood)

No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 25000/- Per Month
Qualification: Minimum Graduate, Preferably Post Graduate in Agriculture & Allied Disciplines like Horticulture, Floriculture Etc/ Veterinary Science and allied disciplines like dairying, poultry, Sheep Breeding, Piggery Etc. with First Division.

Experience: He/ She Should have at least 02 Years Post Qualification and 03 Years for Graduate Post Qualification of relevant work experience of working with community institutions, their federations and producer groups on livelihood issues (Rural Development) person having practical experience in implementation of livelihood projects at national or state level will be given weightage.

Name of Post: Block Programme Manager

Salary: Rs. 25000/- Per Month
Qualification: Minimum Graduate, Preferably Post Graduate in Rural Development/ Management/ Business Administration/ Agri Business Management/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied Dispclines like Dairying. Poultry, sheep breeding, Piggery, etc. with First Division.

Experience:  He/ She should have at least 02 Years Post Qualification and 03 Years for Graduation Post Qualification of relevant work experience of working with community institutions. their federations and producer groups on livelihood issues (rural Development) person having practical experience in preparation technical and financial appraisal and implementation of livelihood projects at National or State Level will be given preference.

Name of Post: MIS Assistant 

No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 20000/- Per Month
Qualification: Minimum Graduation, Proficiency in Data Entry, Computer MS Office work / or knowledge of tally, accounting and other accounting software’s. Preferably BCA/ MCA/ BE / Commerce Graduate or Post Graduate with PGDCA high level Computer operation skill is essential with minimum 30 WPM typing speed in English and Punjabi Language, Commerce Graduate out of Simple Graduate and Post Graduate may be given Preference.

Experience: Having 03 Years Working experience in rolling out MIS and Data uploading for Development projects. Candidate with prior experience of working with Govt. Projects will be given more weightage. proficiency in data entry. Computer MS Office Work.
