Department of Higher Education and Languages State Project Directorate (RUSA), Punjab Govt. invites applications from the eligible candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions for fill up the Posts of Computer Programmer, on contract basis. other details of these posts like age limit, qualification, experience, how to apply, etc. are given below:

Salary: Rs. 60000/- Per Month.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Relevant Field.

• Proven hands-on Software Development Experience.
• Proven Experience in .Net development.
• Knowledge on SQL Server Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012,2014.
• Ability to design and deploy new database servers.
• Development Experience in ASP.Net (MVC), .Net , VB.Net, ADO.NET, Java Script, technologies, SQL Server and .Net Core.
• Design database schema, develop stored procedures and SQL server integration services (SSIS) packages.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN etc.
• Clear Concepts on object oriented analysis and design (OOAD), layered application development, domain driven design architecture design patterns.
• in depth knowledge of caching concepts, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Provide technical trouble shooting and application suport.
• Experience in development mobile application in hybrid mode, preferably flutter.

• Design, Code, test and manage various software applications.
• follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems.
• Develop automated testes and conduct performance tuning.
