Nature of post: Temporary (for 1 year)

Qualification:
1. Ph.D in any field of Science/Engineering with 1 year of experience in R&D/Industry/Post Doctoral research experience after award of PhD from a recognized reputed university. OR
M.Tech / M.E with 3 years of research experience in R&D / Industry. OR
M.Sc. with 4 year of research experience in R&D / Industry. OR
B.Tech / B.E. with 5 years of experience in R&D / Industry.

Desirable: The candidate should have
i. Aptitude for policy planning.
ii. Presented a paper /Attended conference/meetings etc pertaining to Science
and Technology Policy matters.
iii. Experience of preparing detailed document, report, etc.

Interview Schedule:

The Aptitude Test and Interview will be held on 16th July 2015, in the CIL Seminar Hall, Panjab University, Sector 14, Chandigarh.Candidates must report between 9:30 am – 10:30 am at the said venue. The Fee for the Test is Rs. 200/- and will be collected prior to the start of the Test.

Aptitude Test :

Aptitude Test will be based on the (i) Graduate level Science/Engineering, (ii) Basic knowledge of Science and Policy matters and (iii) Computer applications. Only those candidates who clear the Aptitude Test with a score of 40% or more will be called for the Interview. Interview will be conducted on the same day. Interview will be based on Soft Skills and Domain Knowledge.
