Suitably Qualified retired defence officer of the rank of Lt. Col/ Col or equivalent who should be an all rounder, capable administrator, a motivated, leader and up to 45 Years of Age, must be qualified in any out of GTO/ Psych/ IO duties. Experience in outdoor/ adventure activities and other additional qualifications desirable.
