Name of Post: Assistant Library and Information Officer
No of Post: One
Pay: Rs. 20, 000/per month (consolidated). Higher Salary may be considered for those with higher qualification and experience.
Age Limit: No
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent from a recognized University.
Experience:
- At least 05 years working experience in an academic Library setup, out of which minimum 02 years of experience in the libraries of IITs, IIMs, IISERs, NITs, or other Centrally funded Institutions.
Desirable:
- Higher Academic qualification and experience in Library and Information Science.
- Proficiency in handling electronic and print subscription in the automated library environment.
Duration of Post: Initially for a period of one year.
