The Eligibility, Educational &. Professional Qualification and experience prescribed for the above post are as under:

Name of Post: Public Relation Officer

No of Posts: 01

Age Limit: – The age of the candidate should not be less than 30 years and should not be more than 50 years. (The age can be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates)

Pay: – Upto Rs. 50,000/- for exceptionally good and deserving candidates.

Minimum Qualification: – Candidate should have Master degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Public Relations or similar specializations from a recognized university and minimum of five years relevant experience in a National Daily newspaper or Television channel or publicity organization of government or public undertaking or university.

Desirable Qualification: –
a) Experience in Editing/Publishing house Journals/ Newsletters.
b) Experience in independent reporting/ preparing press release of seminars/ symposia/ conferences of academic / Research Institutions.
c) Working knowledge of Newspapers / Magazines.
d) Experience of Office Management.
e) Working knowledge in Computer preferably Desktop Publishing.
f) Knowledge of Modern Methods of Mass Communication.

Selection Procedure: – Selection of the candidates applying for this position will be on the basis of Interview.
