GADVASU, Ludhiana Recruits 02 Veterinary Officers

Guru Angad Dev Veterinary & Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana invites applications from the eligible candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions for fill up Posts of 02 Veterinary Officers, on contract basis, purely on temporary basis. The Initial appointment will be for six months which will be extended subject to satisfactory performance and availability of the funds.  other details of these posts like age limit, qualification, experience, how to apply, etc. are given below:

The Eligibility, Educational &. Professional Qualification and experience prescribed for the above post are as under:

Salary: Rs. 25000/- Per Month

• B.V.Sc & A.H with a minimum OCPA of 6.0/10 and Registered with VCI / PVC.
• Knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric Level. The Condition of Knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric Level is is however is relaxable, if the candidate is found deserving otherwise.

Desirable: M.V.Sc in Clinical Discipline (Surgery/ Medicine/ Gynaecology).

• Attend OPD and Emergency clinical cases on holidays and off hours according to the duty roaster.
• Each Veterinary Officer will have to attend all clinical cases irrespective of their field of specialization (if Veterinary Officer is M.V.Sc)
• Registration of cases, dispense of medicines and do medication / treatment.
• any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

No TA/ DA is permissible for appearing in the Interview and no separate letter for the Interview will be issued.
