District and Session Court, Barnala invites applications from the eligible candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions for fill up the posts of 08 Clerk, Stenographer, on adhoc basis, for a period of six months or till regular appointments are made by the Hon’ble High Court, whichever is earlier, other details of these posts like age limit, qualification, experience, how to apply, etc. are given below:

Salary: Rs. 10300-34800+3200 Grade Pay
Age Limit: 18 Years to 37 Years as on 01.12.2017.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have possessed a degree of B.A/ B.Sc or equivalent thereto from a recognized university with Punjabi as one of the Subjects in Matriculation.
Name of Posts: Stenographer Grade III
No of Posts: 04
Salary: Rs. 5910-20200+2800 Grade Pay
Age Limit: 18 Years to 37 Years as on 01.12.2017.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have possessed a degree of B.A/ B.Sc or equivalent thereto from a recognized University with Punjabi as one of the Subjects in Matriculation. The Candidate will have to qualify the test of taking dictation in English shorthand at the speed of 80 WPM and transcribed the same on computer typing at the Speed of 20 WPM, having proficiency in the operation of computer.
How to Apply
Interested and Eligible candidates who fulfill the above eligibility conditions may submit their applications on plain paper along with two recent identical passport size attested photographs with complete bio-data and attested copies of testimonials, so as to reach the office of the District & Session Judge, Barnala, on or before 08.01.2018. at applications without copies of relevant testimonials and that received after 05.00. P.M. on 08.01.2018. shall not be entertained.
Interview Schedule
The Interview for the Post of Clerk Shall be held as per following schedule in the premise of New Judicial Court Complex, Barnala, from 10.00 A.M. onwards.
Names Starting from Alphabets A to M on : 15.01.2018
Name Starting from Alphabets N To Z on : 16.01.2018.
The candidates who will qualify the Interview shall be called for Computer Proficiency Test on 18.01.2018. at 10.00 A.M.
