Qualification: Matric or its equivalent and National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of Lineman. The candidates possessing the higher qualification such as Diploma/Degree /AMIE in Electrical Engineering will only be considered if they possess the minimum essential qualification, viz National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of Lineman.

Qualification: Matriculate of recognized University/Board or its equivalent and National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of Electrician/Switch Board Attendant.

10. Fireman-24

Qualification: Matric or 10 +2 or Graduate with basic course on elementary Fire fighting from a recognized institute of State/Central Govt. of India. Should preferably be demobilized soldiers or other able bodied person below the age of 30 years who are quite fit to undergo rigours of the duties of the fire brigade personnel with heavy vehicle driving license.
